About Unfold

Unfold is a collection of questions for getting to know yourself and the people around you.

The questions explore what matters to us, how we make decisions, and how we relate to one another. You can use them to write in your journal or start a conversation with someone.

There’s no need to work through them all. Choose one that interests you and take your time.

Using Unfold

A quick tour of where everything lives.

1. Questions live in Explore. Pick Solo Reflection or Deep Talk, or Both to see everything, and filter by topic. You can browse and answer without an account; your text stays in your browser until you choose to save it.
2. Save an answer from the reflection card and it lands in My Answers, private by default. For each saved answer you choose who can see it: Private, Friends, or Public on your page.
3. Set your username in Circle. Friends can find and add you with it, or you can share your invite link directly with someone.
4. Add friends in Circle: send a request by username, or share your invite link. Friends can see the answers you mark as Friends.
5. Your page, language, email, and account options live in Settings & Privacy.
